Growth funded by earnings is the only growth we trust. We measure performance in cash generation, not headcount or market share. Revenue without margin is activity, not business.

What we look for
in a business.

We acquire profitable, founder-led businesses where the underlying economics are sound and the primary constraint is operational bandwidth or transition planning — not product-market fit or capital access.

We do not participate in auction processes or competitive deals. We prefer direct conversations with owners who know what they have and want it to continue operating well.

Proven profitability
EBITDA positive for a minimum of 24 consecutive months. Margin, not revenue, is the threshold.
$500K – $5M annual earnings
Our operational bandwidth is optimized for this range. We do not pursue micro-acquisitions or platform-scale targets.
Recurring or repeatable revenue
Subscriptions, contracts, retainers, or high-frequency transactional models. We avoid project-dependent revenue structures.
Operable without the founder
We can support transition, but the business must have clear operational systems. We are not buying a job.
B2B or non-consumer verticals
We operate best in business-to-business contexts. Consumer brands carry acquisition risk inconsistent with our thesis.
