This Privacy Policy explains how Concepts.io LLC ("Concepts.io," "we," "us," or "our") handles personal information collected through this website (concepts.io) and our portfolio company services. By using this site or contacting us, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need. Specifically:
- Information you give us directly — when you submit our contact form, we receive your name, email, company, type of inquiry, and message. That's it.
- Server logs — our servers, like every web server, automatically record IP addresses and timestamps for the requests they handle. We use this only to detect abuse, throttle bots, and keep the site online.
We do not use third-party advertising trackers, behavioral analytics, fingerprinting libraries, session-recording tools, or marketing pixels. There is no tracking script on this site.
How we use information
We use the information you provide for one purpose: to respond to you and, if we work together, to deliver the services you've engaged us for. Concretely:
- Replying to inquiries submitted through the contact form.
- Operating engagements with you as a client of Concepts.io or one of our portfolio companies (Sketch To Growth, Phero AI, HireX8, BAFware, Said Simply, Force Capacity).
- Keeping records required for accounting, contractual, and tax obligations.
We do not sell or share your information. We do not transfer it to data brokers, advertisers, marketing networks, or any other third party for their independent use. Period.
Service providers we rely on
To run the site and respond to inquiries we use a small number of vetted infrastructure providers, including a cloud host for the website and Gmail (Google) to deliver contact-form submissions to our team. These providers process data only on our instructions and only as needed to operate the service. They do not have permission to use your information for their own purposes.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set marketing or analytics cookies. We may use a single, strictly-necessary cookie for things like maintaining your session if you sign in to a portfolio-company application, but we do not use cookies to track you across sites or build advertising profiles.
How long we keep your information
Contact-form submissions are retained as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and, if we engage further, for the duration of that relationship plus any period required by law (typically up to 7 years for accounting records). When information is no longer needed, we delete it.
Security
We protect your information using reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls on internal systems, and credential rotation. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we treat your data as carefully as we treat our own.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. We honor these requests promptly regardless of where you live. Email us at jose@sketchtogrowth.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" and we'll take care of it.
Children
This site is intended for adults conducting business with Concepts.io. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information through our site, contact us and we will delete it.

If we update this policy we will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will also be communicated to active clients directly.
