Acquisition criteria are not an offer
The acquisition criteria published on this site describe the kinds of businesses we generally consider. They are not an offer to buy any particular business, and submitting an inquiry through our form does not create any obligation on our part to evaluate, respond, sign an agreement, or close a transaction. Any actual acquisition will be governed by a separate written agreement between you and Concepts.io (or one of our subsidiaries).
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, layout, code, designs, graphics, the cube and form-fill animations, and all other materials — is owned by Concepts.io LLC or licensed to us. The brand names, logos, and product names of our portfolio companies are the property of those companies. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any of it without our written permission, except that you may quote short excerpts with attribution for journalistic, commentary, or research purposes.
Third-party links
Our portfolio cards link to the websites of our portfolio companies. Those sites are operated by separate legal entities and have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party site you reach through a link on concepts.io.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Concepts.io LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this website — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Concepts.io LLC and its affiliates from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party right.
